I feel privileged to be able to try this mascara before it even hits the stores thanks to Rimmel and Influenster (I received it for free to try and review)!!!! And let me tell you first....THIS MASCARA IS GREAT!!! It's a very light weight formula, that doesn't clump and is EXTREMELY pigmented. This mascara seriously is awesome. The brush on it gives great coverage and with it's design of being large on top, small in the middle and large again helps you reach those hard to get to lashes on the inner top corner and all those fine bottom lashes.

Just a little eye liner, a neutral shadow and some Rimmel Retro Glam Mascara created this simple 2 minute look. (I have extremely SHORT lashes)
I received the Influenster Rose Voxbox on Halloween day, and inside were these amazing Dr. Sholls For Her Cozy Cushions inserts. If anyone knows me, they know how much my feet HURT constantly. If it isn't my planters fasciitis, then it's my heel spur, if it's not my heel spur is my ankles. In other words, I have BAD FEET, so any extra comfort added to my shoes is a big bonus in my book. These inserts did just that.
Not only are these Cozy Cushions comfortable, but they are really warm and fuzzy!!!! They give a boring, plain boot a little something extra. I just slid them inside my new favorite pair of boots, and voila! Instant awesomeness! I would highly recommend these inserts to anyone.

It's that time again :) I received yet another amazing box from Influenster! This time it was a Slimfast Shake in Strawberries N' Cream, a cute, plastic Martini Glass and some really awesome drink recipes. Here's the video of me opening it.
I really wanted to try the Cocktail instead of the Mocktail, so I put my feelings towards alcohol aside (LOL) and texted my hubby to bring home Pineapple and Strawberries after he got off work. So, he finally got home after midnight (Perfect time for a cocktail, right? HAHA).
I set out all the ingredients I needed and got ready for my own little "Hawaiian PAR-TAY"

I ended up using canned pineapple instead of fresh, but it was still good. I even added a little bit more of the juice because I absolutely LOVE Pineapple juice.

After I blended for a bit, I had this Yummy Cocktail to look forward to:
It ended up making enough for 2 cocktails. It's extremely tasty and you would NEVER KNOW that it was made from Slimfast. It's also comforting that I can drink this for a lot less calories than a regular Pina-Colada :)

All in all, this was a very good experience :) I would give it another try for sure, but I think my next one will for sure be the Cappuccino one because a girl's gotta have her coffee ;)

I have an extremely bad habit of biting my nails. No matter what I do I bite them. Also, living in Tucson, my nails are very brittle and dry, so having something quick and easy to allow my nails to actually look good is awesome. First off, the taste was amazing. It was very chocolatey with just the right amount of peanut butter. It was made with Reeses Peanut Butter as well, which added a little extra yumminess. The bar was extremely soft, and the outer chocolatey layer was very flakey and good.
There was only ONE downside to these...they could be extremely dangerous for my waistline. Coming in at a WHOPPING 280 Calories per bar, I kinda feel guilty eating it (But doing P90X later tonight SHOULD take care of that...LOL). It's defiantly something I could see myself getting into trouble with, but will probably become a once in a while TREAT because they really ARE that good.
Pureology is having a contest right now and they are going to give a special school around the country a GREEN makeover. Meaning they are going to help this certain school become more environmentally friendly, and also help the students learn how to take care of Mother Earth.
Green schools have been known to increase student performance, free up more funds for student resources and of course, reduce the carbon foot print. I entered my daughter's school in hopes I can help her have a brighter future and have a planet that is beautiful and free of hazardous air and water.

YAY! It's time for another Influenster VOXBOX Blog! This time, I was selected to try the Palmolive® Fresh Infusions™ dish soap. I received 3 full size dish soaps in 3 different scents. Ginger and White Tea, Lime Basil and Lemon Thyme. The instructions were simple. Keep 2 for yourself and give one to a friend. Included in the box were also $1.50 off coupons. After doing a bit of research, I found out they retail for $2.96 a piece at Wal-Mart. So, with the coupons, they will only be $1.50, and WELL WORTH THE PRICE.
While the bottle is only 16FL OZ, the smell and sudsing power makes up for the smaller bottle. Also, the bottles are pretty, and the colors of the soap are also attractive. My husband and I usually place our dish detergent under the sink because I don't like the unsightliness of it. But this bottle has remained on our sink's edge. Now, on to the REAL review. After opening the box, reading the instructions and smelling of each one, I decided to keep the Lemon Thyme and the Lime Basil....(I'm a citrus freak when it comes to dish soap). I ended up giving the Ginger White Tea to my friend Holly along with a coupon. I had some dishes to wash, so I decided to jump the gun and go ahead and try it out, and I was AMAZED by the results. Not only did the soap smell AMAZING, but a little bit went a long way. Just a little squirt and my sink was filled with bubbles, and the smell radiated throughout the entire kitchen! After rinsing the dishes, they seemed to have a clearer appearance (We have hard water here in Tucson, and it's been hell on our dishes and glasses). Also, as mentioned above, I didn't mind letting the bottle sit on my sink top. All in all, I give this product an 11 out of 10 and WILL be purchasing again as soon as I run out. Thanks Influenster and Palmolive for the chance to try out this wonderful new soap! It's my new favorite!!!
